Walk! Bring along a podcast, music, or nothing at all. Doing it without anything gives you time to reflect and applaud yourself for being. Remember to look up, look to your right, and look to your left. Take in all of the things around you. Fifteen minutes in, stop and turn around. Life is good. Job well done. Remember to
do it again tomorrow.
